My order was declined but you charged me! and THMotorsports charged me twice (or more)!
If your transaction was not approved for any reason, your account may appear to have been debited even though it was not. This is due to the way the banking transaction occurs. When you order using a credit or debit card, the system first checks for availability of funds. If the funds are available, the system will automatically reserve those funds to secure the order. At this point, the system will verify the remaining information, such as billing address, card code, etc. If the transaction fails at any of these points, your bank will decline the transaction. However, since the account funds were reserved at the beginning of the transaction, it may take anywhere from 3-5 days for your bank to record the declined transaction and drop the authorization. Some banks can take up to 30 days to drop authorizations so you must contact them to find out for sure when it will fall off. We at THMotorsports do not get credited for any order that is declined. The temporary appearance of a debit is simply a reflection of the time it takes your bank to recognize and record the cancelled purchase and release the pre-reserved funds. If this occurs, please check your account in a few days, maybe sooner, depending on your bank, and you will notice that those funds were never in fact withdrawn from your account. Back to Top

What are my payment options?
Credit Cards
THMotorsports accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. This includes debit cards with a MasterCard and Visa logo. For your protection, we security check all credit card orders. You will need to enter the full billing address for the credit card as well as the security code on the back of the card, in order for your card to be approved. Because of policies with our credit card company's, all orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.
THMotorsports does accept PayPal as long as the address in the PayPal account is a confirmed address. Because of PayPal policies THMotorsports can only accept and ship orders to addresses that have been confirmed.

Does THMotorsports price match?
Whenever possible THMotorsports will price match the advertised total price (price including all shipping and handling charges) from any legitimate retailer. The price must be listed in a magazine or newspaper ad or listed on an open to the public online store. THMotorsports will not price match prices listed on any auction based website; as they are often not legitimate retailers. We will also not price match special group discounts or sale prices. We will verify the information before matching the price and get back to you as soon as possible. THMotorsports's price is lower then the price that I paid, can I get a difference?
THMotorsports does its best to give our customers the best prices all the time. At the same time we are always working with the manufacturers to get even better pricing to pass onto our customers. Because of this, sometimes prices changes. Most of the time it is very little but sometimes it can be quite a bit. Often times when you see a price go down, it is because our price went down. So, every part that was sold before the price decrease we paid more for it, we were not charging you more. What THMotorsports is willing to do is price match ourselves for one week of your order as a credit on file. This means that if our price goes down within seven days of when your order/product was shipped, we will put the credit on file so you can call in to redeem it. If there has been a price change then you need to email sales@thmotorsports.com and we will research it and get back to you ASAP. Back to Top

Does THMotorsports have a print catalog?
THMotorsports does not have a print catalog at this time. Because we are always adding parts and the high cost of printing, we have found it is better to just offer our online catalog. Back to Top

What does "ships within" mean?
Ships within is the estimated time, in business days, it will take an item to ship once it has been ordered from THMotorsports. All shipping times are estimates based on current stock levels and what we have on order with manufactures. We do our best to ship the product within the time frame listed on the site. We will email you and update your online orders status once we have your tracking number(s) or if there is a delay (which we will give you an updated time frame). Sometimes there are delays that cause a product to have an incorrect shipping window listed online; however, we do our best to keep everything updated with the most up-to-date information as possible. Your order may have to ship to your billing address if your credit card prompts us to. We will contact you if this is the case. This is done for your safety, as any item shipped to a non-billing address cannot be insured if lost.

  • What does it mean when a product is backordered?
    Occasionally, a backorder will happen even with our large inventory and ever growing distribution chains. Once in a while, the demand for certain items may overwhelm the manufacturer's ability to keep us supplied with adequate stock. In situations like this, we make every effort to to cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. If cross-referencing is not an option, and you have to wait for a part, you can keep the part on order but any cancellations will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If the backordered item happens to be part of a larger order that has already been shipped to you, you will not incur any extra charges.
    Note: Due to variations in manufacturer shipping times, backorders are only kept open for a maximum of 59 days. If we haven't received the item from the manufacturer within this time, the backorder will be cancelled and you will be credited back upon your request. At the time of cancellation you may re-order, or substitute with a similar item. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your entire order, every time. Back to Top

    What does it mean when a product is special order?
    Some products that we offer are special order. Those products are not always designated through-out the online store, so please consult with a sales associate. We will usually email you, along with a phone call, to let you know if the item is special order. We do no stock them because of low demand and limited warehouse space. You are free to order these items but please do understand that they are not in-stock and it can take up to four weeks for the item to ship to you. We will update you once we know a confirmed date on when the item is expected to arrive, and again when it ships when we send you a tracking number. No exchanges, refunds, or store credit will be issued on any special order item, all sales are final. Back to Top

    Explain free shipping.
    THMotorsports.com's free shipping applies to every order over the $100 mark on nearly 99% of our items. We feel this allows you to purchase when you want and not have to wait to order a lot of items at once to save on shipping costs since most items are over the minimum thresh-hold. Items that are oversize (i.e. Body Kits, etc.) will be a bit more to ship, and once you place your order, we will notify you of the changes. We always strive to keep costs down as much as possible. Alaska, Hawaii, international orders, and items are extra and are not included in the free shipping offer. Back to Top

    Can I order faster shipping?
    We will gladly accommodate most priority shipping requirements in the continental US, such as Next Day, 2-Day, an 3-Day when ever possible. Priority shipping will be extra and is not included in the free shipping option. Saturday delivery is available if requested but is an extra fee that we incur from the shipping company. Back to Top

    Does THMotorsports ship to Canada and other international countries?
    THMotorsports currently offers two different shipping methods for international countries. We will ship to most countries directly in the world through USPS or you can use Bongo which ships DHL Express.

    What is the status of my order?
    In an effort to give you more complete and detailed information, THMotorsports uses both an online order status and email to keep you up to date with your order. THMotorsports will update you by email and update your online order status within the "account information" window listed on every product. We will update you with either a tracking number or an expected time frame in which your order should ship. If a part is backordered we will keep you up-to-date with the most current information possible. Backorders are a result of a manufactures delay and we will provide you with the information that they provide to us. We will provide you with a tracking number(s) once the item(s) have shipped.     How long before I receive my order?
    Most items are shipped using UPS ground or Fedex Ground. Ground shipping can take up to 5 days to the west coast and up to 6 days to the east coast. Once you receive a tracking number from us you will be able to track the order through either the UPS or FedEx website. The tracking number will give you updated information on your packages status and an estimated arrival date. Back to Top

    How do I cancel my order that has not been shipped?
    In order to cancel an order you must email support@thmotorsports.com with your full name, order number, part(s) that you would like to cancel,and a reason for cancellation (so that we can better meet yourneeds in the future). You must fill out the cancelation form in order for us to send you a copy of cancellation confirmation along with a copy of the refund as well. A small fee may apply to some order cancelations. Any order that is special order cannot be canceled, but not to worry, we post up which ones are special order on the product page. We preffer that cancelations happen through our ticketing system, found at www.thmotorsports.com/support. This lets us have an electronic trail to make sure all of your needs are met and never forgotten.. Back to Top

    How do I return or exchange a product(s)?
    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:

    • Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
    • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
    • Shipping Fees (Both inboung and outbound) are non-refundable.
    • Original actual cost of shipping will be calculated into the returned amount
    • A 15% re-stocking fee will apply to returns that are not caused by manufacture or THMotorsports error unless stated higher by the manufacture. All Clutch Masters items new or open carry a mandatory 25% restocking fee set forth by the manufacture.
    • The RMA Number Must be Posted on the returned box

    To return a product, you must open a ticket and obtain an RMA number through our Ticket Support System found here: http://thmotorsports.com/support . Once you open a ticket, you will receive an email giving you status updates on the return and our friendly staff will have you taken care of right away. Without opening a support ticket a RMA number will not be issued. 

    Please Note: We usually take back products directly to our facility, unless they were shipped directly from the manufacture, in which we will coordinate to return to their facilities. Higher restocking fees may apply.

    There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:

    Option 1 (Slower) – Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is difference in price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.

    Option 2 (Faster) – Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.

    How will I get my refund or credit?
    After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal, Google, or Check). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus original actual shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
    THMotorsports will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions. THMotorsports will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product. Back to Top

    I was charged for my complete order but did not receive everything!
    THMotorsports does stock a large amount of product but some products also drop shipped. This means that items can, and most likely will arrive at different times. We recommend that you check all of your tracking numbers for a status and arrival date for each package before contacting us. If a package is missing or lost, THMotorsports will follow up with the carrier and provide you with more information. Back to Top

    My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
    Damage during shipping is extremely rare but please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the shipping company that delivered the item. Thmotorsports does not handle any damage requests, only you can make the claim with the shipping company. THMotorsports does insure all shipments so you will receive a replacement as soon as the claim is approved by the shipping company. Back to Top

    I am missing parts needed to install my part, how do I get what I need?
    If you are missing parts then you need to contact the manufacture of the product before contacting THMotorsports. We do not stock any replacement parts for any of the parts that we sell. THMotorsports can give you the manufactures contact information if it is not listed on the packaging or in the instructions, just contact us and we will be more than happy to help you out.     You sent me the wrong part, how do I get what I need?
    Mistake can happen no matter how hard we try. If you did get the wrong part, please email support@thmotorsports.com to let us know. We will be more than happy to exchange it for you as fast as possible. If you ordered the part online and it was an error of our website, please alert us as soon as you can, so we may swap the part out and change the error on our site. If your item is defective, you must go through the manufacter of the product to get the proper one. We do not warranty products through THMotorsports. All 3rd party charges incurred (i.e. Labor costs) will not be covered by THMotorsports Inc. We are sorry, but we just can't take the responsibility of another companies work.     My part broke, how can I get a new one?
    Each manufactures varies when it comes to replacing broken parts. The best thing to do is to contact them first to find out their normal procedure and policies regarding broken products. As long as the part is still under warranty, THMotorsports will prove you with any information that you will need in order to receive a replacement. Back to Top

    What is your stock policy?
    We here at THMotorsports stock as much as we can. We hold about 90% of our store inventory on hand in our warehouses and our partner warehouses. Not many can say that! However, there are some products that ship directly from the manufacturer because we cannot stock them or they are available only to ship from them. As well, some items are build to order, like Spec Clutches. For orders like this, we submit them to the manufacturer and it does take them a small amount of time to build, which we update you with. Please be aware though, some items are out of stock with the manufacturer and us. When this happens, we will notify you right away, but we do keep our catalog as up to date as possible.
